UNIVERSAL NEUTRALIZER
for alkaline and acidic removers
Used after the use of acidic and alkaline products to remove cuticles and keratinized skin of the feet (removers). Stops the effects of removers by neutralizing active acids and alkalis and prevents skin from drying out.
Method of use: after treatment with remover, remove any remaining product with a napkin, apply the neutralizer liberally to the skin, and rinse with water after application.
Composition: aqua, dipotassium hydrogenphosphate, propylene glycol, potassium dihydrogenphosphate, DMDM hydantoin.
